I made my favorite apple cranberry fruit salad again but this time, I thought I’d add a little cinnamon to the dish. All I can say is YUMMMM!
It gave it a nice warm flavor (if that makes any sense?!?). Unfortunately, I didn’t measure how much I put in there…I just sprinkled it on top until it looked right and then mixed it in.
Some other add-ins you might want to consider are: granola (if you’re not a nut lover), pears, blueberries or your favorite cereal (sometimes I add Kashi Go Lean Crisp). What do you think of this recipe? Is there a topping that you think would be great? Post your responses here!
