I LOVE white pizza! So, when I saw this recipe on the back of the Lipton soup mix box, I had to give it a try.
The Recipe
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb and Garlic Soup Mix
1-16 oz container sour cream
1cup (8 oz) ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow, 1 quart casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of mozzarella on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with slices of Italian or French bread or your favorite cracker.
Is it a keeper?
It sure is! This dip was delicious! In fact, the dish was scraped clean! It was also very easy to make. You can assemble it before your party and bake it off when you’re ready. You could probably even make this in a very small slow cooker.
What’s your favorite dip?

Great, Amy! Let me know how you like it!
Well, everyone loved this dip. It wa the first thing gone and “licked” clean. I did add carmelized onions to it but, that was the only change that I made. Delicious. It’s a keeper.
Carmelized onions! I love it! I think I’m going to try that next time! Thanks for the great suggestion!

This looks really good. I’m always happy to update my appetizer list. I’m glad you tried it and gave it a thumb’s up for us.
Can’t go wrong with cheese dip! YUM!
Not bad. I’ll bet this can be adapted without the packaged seasoning (e.g., for gluten free).
My friend makes a very similar baked dip using crab meat. One of my favourites.
Great thought, Dan! I’ll bet it can be adapted and still taste fabulous! Great suggestion!

Hi christina and welcome to the hearth and soul hop. I always love when new folks link up so I can check out their blogs. I am now subscribed to your rss feed. I do not see a link back to the hearth and soul hop, so please put that in so more folks can join in the fun. I am sure it is an oversight because I see all the other lovely hops you are participating in. I also adore white pizza and the idea of dipping it for a party is really neat. Alex@amoderatelife
