3 hearts of Romaine lettuce
4 slices salami
4 slices provolone cheese
4 slices of deli ham
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup olives
1 cup bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)
Cut tear lettuce into bite size pieces and arrange on a large platter. Roll salami and provolone into a cone. Cut ham slices in half and roll. Arrange deli meats on top of lettuce. Top with tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and peppers of your choice. Serve with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Note: This recipe is very versatile. You can add (or omit) any toppings you wish. Consider roasted red peppers, artichokes, red onions or hard boiled eggs.
